Tong Chong Street Market Workshops

Join us this month at the Tong Chong Street Market. We are excited to be among the local producers, baristas, local farmers and artisan craftsmakers and promoting the "grow your own" food movement!

We will be collaborating with Michelle Tang of Kitchen Mess and bringing to you a journey of garden to fork experience. We will be showing you the steps toward growing your own microgreens, and our partner chef will share with you how to enjoy them in a delicious recipe. Each participant will get a microgreens set to take home and grow, as well as to harvest the greens and enjoy them with a freshly made vegetarian dish shared by our partner chef.

Dates: 21st January and 28th January 2018

Time: 1-2pm

Location: Tong Chong Street Market (Tong Chong Street, Quarry Bay)

Cost: Complimentary (however, spaces are limited, and on a first come first served basis)

Details will be posted on the Tong Chong Street Market Facebook Page.
