Pop-Up Garden

For the first time, Rooftop Republic will be hosting a pop-up garden at BAM, and showcasing different varieties of seasonal herbs and produce that you can grow in the fall in Hong Kong.

Urban Farming Workshops for a Circular Economy

In this taster workshop, we will introduce the basic principles of urban farming, provide tips on growing your own food at home, the role of farming in reducing food waste, as well how individuals and companies alike can achieve a more circular and low waste lifestyle around food. Activities include planting, harvesting, a farm to table demo and an introduction to composting.  Each participant will be able to take home a potted plant to grow!
