Hong Kong Cool Growing Season (September-April)
Bell Pepper prefers cool and dry weather
Full sunlight preferred
Moderate amount of water
Soil needs to have good drainage
Growing spacing of chilli pepper ideally to be 40-45cm
Transplanting method preferred. When seedlings have 3 to 5 true leaves, they can be transplanted.
Fun Facts
The bell pepper is the only member of the pepper family that does not produce capsaicin, a chemical that can cause a strong burning sensation when it comes in contact with your tongue.
