Start your weekend on a green and healthy note with our Rooftop Farm x Farm to Table Cooking Demo & Vegetarian Brunch. In this 2-hour session, we will first take you for a urban / rooftop farm experience at the Fringe Club rooftop, followed by a special cooking demonstration by Chef Joe of the Colette's Bar. He will show us how to whip up a healthy bite using some freshly harvested ingredients from the rooftop farm and we will serve up a delicious three-course vegetarian brunch for you to enjoy the rest of the morning. It's a perfect way to spend a relaxing late morning with friends and family.
