Terms & Conditions

If you decide to withdraw 7 or more days prior to the event date, Rooftop Republic Urban Farming will retain a 20% administration fee.
If you decide to withdraw less than 7 days prior to the event date, Rooftop Republic Urban Farming will retain 100% of the event fee.
The packaged price is only applicable for the workshops on the 28th May 2016. If you've signed up for our workshops on the 14th or 21st of May, the regular price of HKD400 (non-Slow Food members) and HKD350 (Slow Food members) will apply.
If you have already signed up for one of our workshops on the 28th May, and wish to join in the Farm to Table Cooking Demo & Lunch as well, the additional fee would be price difference of what you've paid and the Farm to Table Event packaged fees - HKD700 (non-Slow Food members) and HKD650 (Slow Food members). Rooftop Republic Urban Farming reserves the right to cancel / postpone events.
Events may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
If we cancel the event you will be entitled to a 100% refund, or you may choose to transfer to another date, subject to availability.
Rooftop Republic Urban Farming reserves the ownership and the right to publish photos and videos taken at the event, which may include participants, without prior permission, unless notified in advance of the event.
Participants will need to safeguard their own belongings. Rooftop Republic or The Hong Kong Fringe Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any personal property.
