The Food's Future Summit is an assembly of experts, industry professionals, change-makers and conscious consumers examining the key innovations, trends, and issues in the culinary world. And it is back for its second year on 21–22 September 2018.

The 2018 Summit, powered by Foodie, focuses on inspiring and initiating change within the world of food; recognising future-forward businesses; championing individuals behind critical causes; and empowering consumers to make informed decisions about what they choose to eat. On September 21st & 22nd, be part of enlightening talks and panels by global industry leaders, interactive discussions and workshops, and a curated showcase of cutting-edge products and innovations propelling the food scene into the future.
