Event description:

One of the UN Sustainable Development Goals is to ensure good health and well-being among the general population, and we know that businesses play a critical role in shaping our health and well-being.

In this meeting, we will be zeroing in on how innovations could improve the current food system. Healthy diet is one of the key factors that underpins better health and well-being, including mental well-being. Specifically, the World Economic Forum recently launched a report titled “Innovation with a Purpose: The role of technology innovation in accelerating food systems transformation”, which explains why revamping food systems is essential in order to sustain the world’s population, and identifies the emerging technology innovations that can help to achieve this.

Join this meeting and learn about how social innovation, from urban farming, food safety, to technological advancement, may enhance the food system, and subsequently our health and well-being.
