If you decide to withdraw 7 or more days prior to the event date, a a 20% administration fee will be retained.
If you decide to withdraw less than 7 days prior to the event date, 100% of the event fee will be retained.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel the event you will be entitled to a 100% refund, or you may choose to transfer to another date, subject to availability.
The organizers reserve the ownership and the right to publish photos and videos taken at the event, which may include participants, without prior permission, unless notified in advance of the event.
Participants will need to safeguard their own belongings. The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any personal property.
