When harvesting Pak Choi, you can pick up the leaves to eat and leave the stem in the soil. New leaves will grow up again from the stem in just one week.
Pak Choi is planted for eating in southern China. All parts of it are edible . At the same time, it is is usually used to extract oil in northern China.
Pak Choi is an especially good source of vitamins C and K. It also contains some fiber, a critical nutrient found only in plant foods. Fiber supports digestive health and helps reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.
