Film screening (PLANEAT) & urban farming session

Come join us for a screening of the award-winning documentary PLANEAT and an urban farming session!

PLANEAT documents three men's search for a diet that is good for our health, good for the environment and good for the future of the planet; with an additional cast of pioneering chefs utilizing innovative and nutrient-dense focused culinary techniques; as well as scientists and doctors producing compelling research, the film presents a convincing case for the West to re-examine its love affair with meat and dairy. Watch the trailer here.

PLANEAT Director Shelley Lee-Davies will be at the screening and lead a brief discussion after the screening.
