YU WING WONG

Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong Organic Association

​

With 50 years of farming experience, he is currently the co-founder and CEO of the Hong Kong Organic Association (NGO). He graduated from the first Organic Agriculture Training Course (co-organized by Taiwan Ming Dao University and Hong Kong Baptist University). He also initiated the farmland rehabilitation project in Tai Kong Po Village. He has also won the Hong Kong's outstanding organic farmers and RoadShow Green Star Environmental Ambassador.

Mr. Wong holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours) from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also the head coach of the Taekwondo Team of the City University of Hong Kong and the chairman and director of the alumni association of S K H St. Simon's Lui Ming Choi Secondary School.
